Automatic import from Marvelous Designer to uDraper
This article describes a new method of importing clothes from Marvelous Designer to Unreal Engine by automating many steps described in this article.

- Keep your MD project that you prepared in the previous step open. If you have multiple displays, keep the MD window open in the main display.
- Prepare your character with Draper simulation components in UE scene (level) or Blueprint (see Setting up simulation components).
- In the Draper Garment component, click the MD button.
- Specify a folder where you want to save exported and imported files and a file name for the exported OBJ file.
- Wait for the program to automatically import the MD garment.
- While waiting for the import process to finish, it is safer to avoid performing other heavy task on your computer to avoid timeouts.

- Click elsewhere in the UV map window.
- Right click to invoke a pop-up menu.
- The import program should detect the menu and continue.
